    Resolution: Fixed

Fixes committed in [r640121|http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=640121&view=rev] and [r640122|http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=640122&view=rev].
Will close after integrating into 4.2.x in the next bulk merge.
