Subject [jira] Commented: (STDCXX-686) redesign web site
Date Mon, 04 Feb 2008 21:37:08 GMT

Martin Sebor commented on STDCXX-686:

The sources are in -- see

I plan to set up a cron job to periodically (say once an hour) generate the site if any of
the sources change. Is there any reason to check the generated HTML into Subversion?

> The current web site is a bunch of static HTML pages with a lot of difficult-to-maintain
formatting cruft copied from pages of another incubator project. We should look into generating
the site from easier-to-maintain "sources" using a tool like Apache Forrest or some such.
