This error was produced from a 64-bit Visual C++ 8.0 command line.  The
configure script works as expected in a 32-bit setup.

	I tried running the configure.bat script on Windows XP x64 and
got the following...error I assume:
	Solution generation script
	Checking arguments...
	CONFIG parameter not specified, trying to detect it...
	Trying msvc-8.0...
nerate.wsf(117, 10) (null): Call was rejected by callee.
	I have no clue what that's about...
