The well-formed program below (according to 14.7.2, p9, an explicit instantiation does not
constitute a use of a default argument) fails to compile with Sun C++ 5.8.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Compile the included program, t.cpp, using CC t.cpp.
