Subject Compilation error on Windows + MSVC 8.0 in the presence of stdlib headers

Martin,

The following error popped up during certification with vc 8.0 on
Windows 2k3 (all build types):

$ cat t.cpp
#include <stdlib.h>
#include <cerrno>
int foo = errno;


The error is:
