	* _config-acc.h: HP aC++ configuration definitions and overrides.
	* _config-deccxx.h: Same for DEC/Compaq/HP C++.
	* _config-eccp.h: Same for the EDG eccp demo.
	* _config-gcc.h: Same for GCC.
	* _config-icc.h: Same for Intel C++.
	* _config-mipspro.h: Same for SGI MIPSpro.
	* _config-msvc.h: Same for MSVC.
	* _config-sunpro.h: Same for Sun C++ aka SunPro.
	* _config-xlc.h: Same for IBM XLC++ aka VisualAge C++.
