2005-09-01  Martin Sebor  <sebor@roguewave.com>

	* index.html: Corrected ASF terminology and added links
	to the referenced terms in the ASF glossary.
	Added a news item and reformatted others.
	Clarified the role of the stdcxx PPMC.
	Added a note on the stdcxx commit policy.
