Per [Intermediate Data Format wiki page|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SQOOP/Sqoop2+CSV+Intermediate+representation]
the {{NULL}} should be represented as constant {{NULL}} (capital case). It's not a String
and hence the constant should *not* be enclosed with single quotes.

Example of two String columns where first one contains {{NULL}} (unknown value) value and
second contains concrete value that happens to be equal to {{NULL}} is:
