All,

I have also added another wiki on guidelines to write the design doc.

   1. It will help all of us think through our design well
   2. It will help us to estimate our work well
   3. It will help reviewers to ask the right questions when we clearly say
   what the feature does and what the feature does not do

Kindly provide feedback in the comments section, I am sure I have missed
some things that can be incorporated.
