MaxGekk opened a new pull request #26601: [SPARK-29963][SQL][TESTS] Check formatting timestamps
up to microsecond precision by JSON/CSV datasource
URL: https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/26601

   ### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
In the PR, I propose to add tests from the commit https://github.com/apache/spark/commit/47cb1f359af62383e24198dbbaa0b4503348cd04
for Spark 2.4 that check formatting of timestamp strings for various seconds fractions.

   ### Why are the changes needed?
To make sure that current behavior is the same as in Spark 2.4

   ### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?
   No

   ### How was this patch tested?
   By running `CSVSuite`, `JsonFunctionsSuite` and `TimestampFormatterSuite`.
