    [HOTFIX][BUILD] Do not use contains in Option in JdbcRelationProvider

    ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
    
    This PR proposes the fix the use of `contains` API which only exists from Scala 2.11.
    
    ## How was this patch tested?
    
    Manually checked the API in Scala - https://github.com/scala/scala/blob/2.10.x/src/library/scala/Option.scala#L218


You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/HyukjinKwon/spark hotfix

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
