     having `metastoreTableIdentifier` inside `LogicalRelation` means we already hack the
table concept into `LogicalRelation`, how about we go further and put `CatalogTable` in `LogicalRelation`?
I think it's better than taking a `TableIdentifier` and a `Statistics` object.
