    [SPARK-12604] [CORE] Java count(AprroxDistinct)ByKey methods return Scala Long not Java

    Change Java countByKey, countApproxDistinctByKey return types to use Java Long, not Scala;
update similar methods for consistency on java.long.Long.valueOf with no API change
