    [SPARK-9650][SQL] Fix quoting behavior on interpolated column names

    Make sure that `$"column"` is consistent with other methods with respect to backticks.
 Adds a bunch of tests for various ways of constructing columns.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/marmbrus/spark namesWithDots

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
