    [ SPARK-3144] No need to set "spark.local.dir" in ExecutorLauncher

    Different to the yarn-cluster, yarn-client mode will not launch the spark driver in the
process of application master.
    So there is no use of "spark.local.dir" to place the spark files or jars or shuffle files

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull yarn-client

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
