    It seems this will only works for the latest version of PHD. For example
    if I use SPARK_HADOOP_VERSION=2.0.5-alpha-gphd-2.1.0.0
    
    the sbt/sbt assembly will fail with following errors. 
    java.lang.IllegalStateException: impossible to get artifacts when data has not been loaded. IvyNode = org.slf4j#slf4j-api;1.6.1
    
    Spark currently is using "1.7.5" version of slf4j, the 2.0.5-alpha-gphd-2.1.0.0 seems to depends on 1.6.1
