Interesting findings today.

- Open Session 1
-- Create Table 1 (Success)
- Open Session 2
-- Create Table 2 (Success)
- Close Session 1
- Create Table 3 in Session 2 (FAIL)

So, it seems like the problem occurs after the 1st session is closed. What does the Thrift
server do when a session is closed that could cause this issue?

to handle CREATE TABLE properly as of 2.0. As you can see in the error, we have ours set to
