It sounds like you're arguing for no max at all -- what do you mean? that doesn't sound right.

It's possible that you didn't quite run the tests correctly, or that a test is flaky. I wouldn't
worry about that, it's not clear this is a change to make anyway.
Again, we use pull requests to propose changes.
