basicly it should be ! in meta rule

meta   KP_LIST_ID_DOMAIN_IN_BRACKETS !__KP_LIST_ID_DOMAIN_IN_BRACKETS

and score positive not negative

spamassassin is tag only, so it does not matter on delivey
