Sort of, but it's a more like a significant minority. And if they
turned-off network tests it's much less significant. The received
headers that were there are of no interest anyway.  It's just as
worrying that there was no Bayes result. 

Some spam does hit few tests, do you have any that hits lots?

The spam that customer services commented on doesn't appear to be the
same one that that you posted. If the quoted one is external then there
must be at least one missing received header. Possibly Plesk is doing
something unusual, "(delivered via plesk_virtual service)" looks a
bit suspicious.
