You could likely add this to your rules which will give you the old 
BAYES_99 rule I believe:

body BAYES_99           eval:check_bayes('0.99', '1.00')
score BAYES_99  0  0  3.8    3.5

score BAYES_999 0

But otherwise, yes.  I think we'll be working on a 3.4.1 in the not very 
distant future though.
