However.. SA scores are (supposed to be) based on nightly runs, and -1.5 
isn't all that big a credit.
I do, however, think all the 'pay to play' scores should have 
noautolearn flags set on this.

Its bad enough to get this drek in (once), but to have it continue to 
come in because the -1.5 points suddenly puts this into the auto learn, 
baysian, and AWL table.s

ps, there are worse scores, some with -5 points.  check them out 
youself, and adjust in your local.cf: ymmf
