Subject Novel indentation

I'm getting some nonsense spams that contain a big block of text/plain and 
matching HTML part, and the text/plain part has an interesting indentation 
pattern: The first line is indented with a single space, and all subsequent 
lines start with 3 spaces:

 Debate Over Vaccines And Autism/ADD Experts: CT scans pose risks, need
   more regulation They may try to put far from them all thoughts of a
   judgment to come, yet I do believe that their slumbers are sometimes

I don't know what the point of these spams is, but the indentation seems 
like it would be an easy thing to match. Any suggestions on how to code a 
rule to spot it?
