Thank you for this information. You may proceed and add them to the [installation page|https://github.com/apache/incubator-singa/blob/master/doc/en/docs/installation.md]
in SINGA documentation.

You need to fork the SINGA repo in your local account, make the changes then create a pull
request. The process is described [here|http://singa.apache.org/develop/contribute-code.html#pull-request].

more details.
