Thanks Zhongle,

Actually the problem was not because of LD_LIBRARY_PATH. I tried it before
but it didn't help. The error happened when running "./configure"

I had to do:

export LDFLAGS="-L /usr/lib/openblas-base"

before doing ./configure.

You may want to update Q&A3 accordingly.
