Eiji Kitamura resolved SHINDIG-1115.

    Resolution: Fixed

removing Access Token is implemented along with OAuth 1.0a compatibility code as "removeTokenAndSecret"
method in OAuthStore class and GadgetOAuthTokenStore class.
