Chico Charlesworth updated SHINDIG-718:
---------------------------------------

    Attachment: fix-718-727075-bug.patch

Added patch to comment out the Inject annotation for the Provider<Proxy>.

The inject annotation can be re-added once shindig is upgraded to guice 2.0, because at the
moment with guice 1.0 this causes problems when running shindig behind a proxy as guice 1.0
still injects a proxy provider even though optional is set to true.

See issue http://code.google.com/p/google-guice/issues/detail?id=107 for more details.

I think this patch will still allow for people to use Provider<Proxy>, but they will
have to set it manually, that is, without guice injecting it for them.
