Define a pseudo-variable "dialogScope" for access to the dialog context "data" object
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: SHALE-389
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/struts/browse/SHALE-389
             Project: Shale
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Dialog
    Affects Versions: 1.0.4-SNAPSHOT
            Reporter: Craig McClanahan
             Fix For: 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT

Many JSF based implementations of the "dialog" or "conversation" concept add a top level variable
name that provides direct access to the state information related to a particular dialog instance.
We can do the same by defining a "dialogScope" variable that is (with the current implementation)
semantically equivalent to "dialog.data" but could in the future be more specialized.
