I had a play with refactoring the JavaScript 2 years ago - unfortunately I never got back
to finishing it. The best way to look at it is to download the sample webapp - it allows you
to see all the code (Java, static JavaScript and "generated" JavaScript) at the same time
as trying out the behaviour. The code and webapp can be downloaded here:
