I didn't try yet but when looking at the pom.xml files I noticed the 
missing scope...

<dependency>
<groupId>sk.sedo.shared</groupId>
<artifactId>poc-common</artifactId>
<version>1.0</version>

<scope>provided</scope>      <----------------- this will not add the 
lib to every zip where it is used

</dependency>


But be sure to check it out as I didn't tried it yet.
