Seems reasonable, though I am definitely not an expert in this area.
One question I had: do we really want to be installing the packages? I know we want to run
the rat checks, but are we guaranteed that:
1) we won't run multiple builds concurrently, or at least install doesn't screw up multiple
builds running concurrently
2) that other (non-sentry) builds won't be happening on the same machine? We don't want dependent
packages picking up some patch-build version of sentry.
