Thanks for the review. I've committed this to master, and rebuilt the website.

Do we want this committed to the 0.7.0 branch as well? If so, we'll also have to cherry-pick
SAMZA-264 onto 0.7.0, since some of the styles depend on CSS rules introduced in the bootstrap
conversion. I'm happy to do that, just wanted to get a second opinion.
