I agree with Sean that we should mention that the PPMC is currently
considering new committer additions.

I would also remove the second point in the "three most important issues to
address in the move toward graduation" - I think that the "how to
contribute" from the website + confluence is OK, even if it can be improved.

I think the report looks good. Thank you Puja for taking the lead on this.
If you don't have permission to edit the incubator wiki, you need to create
an account and send email to general@incubator.apache.org to ask permission
to edit (make sure you include your wiki username)
