Yes, that might work.  But you also have to run the update.version target in Ant.  It looks like I didn't write about it in the wiki.  I think the command would be something like:

  Ant -f releasecandidate.xml update.version -Drelease.version=0.9.3

I think it will ask you for the next version to use.  I'm done working for today, so good luck.
