userhome default upload folder (under Create&Edit/upload file), the
$url.resource('...') successfully located the file, and have it displayed in
blog page.

$url.resource('..') references content you uploaded as files into the
weblog. This is not the same directory as the one where page templates
are stored. So try to load your image first and everything should work
fine.

If you want to reference elements in the page templates you have to
assign an URL and use $url.page(".."). But this is only for CSS and
the like I guess.
