For any db you use please create the db, give access to the users.
Please also install the driver for derby to communicate with tomcat. 

You can specify the database, driver, username and password in the and place it in classes folder of tomcat.

I'm not so far, I'm getting 404 error from tomcat. I'm asking for
advice/install doc. This roller project es very poor documented. Did I
something, do I have to create derby db first?
