]

Glen Mazza closed ROL-1690.
---------------------------

    Resolution: Unresolved

Issue over 6 years old and on Roller 4. So much has changed since then, especially Spring
security upgrades and reconfiguration. Closing, if a user has a similar problem with a recent
Roller and Glassfish version, another JIRA ticket can be entered.

> I've noticed that the remember me service appears not to be functioning. Let's say I
enter username and password through http://hostname/roller-ui/login-redirect.rol and let it
sit for hours so that the HTTP session expires.
> When I come back to my blog (like http://hostname/myblog/), I still see the full items
in the "navigation" menu, such as "New Entry" and "Logout", but when I click them, it doesn't
take me to the full form page, and instead I'll just see the following:
>  Apache Roller 4.0.1 | Documentation | Mailing List
> ... which is just the footer line. It appears as if I'm not authenticated properly, and
the problem persists until I click the logout link and re-login.
