weilei shen commented on ROL-1278:
----------------------------------

Use Oracle JDBC 10.x Drivers instead of the 9.x ones
worked for me ,too.

i saw the same error on that page
http://www.nabble.com/Error-%22The-administrator-of-this-site-has-disabled-user--registrations-at-this-time.%22-to20152204s12275.html
some people say change tomcat version or jdk version is also worked.

> I installed the Roller 3.0 RC3
> I have a problem when I use Oracle Database. I have not problems with the script when
I start for the first time the Roller and I when to register the first user (super user),
I receive the following message :
> "I'm sorry, but the administrator of this site has turned off new user registrations."
> It's strange because I did nothing before this operation.
> I tried the installation with MySQL and PostgreSQL and for the both I had no problems
and could use Roller normally.
> Thanks for your help
