I use netbeans but setup properties will be similar.

Set the following as source directories:

./src
./qa/src
./qa/harness

then set up your compile classpath inclides for each source directory,, before doing this,
I tend to build from the command line first, so all classes are present.

I'm on the road presently,, no computer at hand, will help some more soon.
