Network test reference Wake test should be Ok as long as there is not circular reference. If
yes, we need to move the code to a common place like Markus mentioned.

I don't see why not. The thing we absolutely must prevent is a dependency of functional code
on test code. But dependencies between tests strike me as fair.

In order to make this more manageable, maybe move those classes into a `Utilities` namespace
or such?
