Then we should remove throwing exception. I've filed REEF-1440 for this.

from context before the task is returned from Call(), Task.Dispose() is not called. This causes
unreleased resource, especially for group communication and IMRU cases. If we would like to
resubmit a task on an existing context, the existing platform is not cleaned up, causing some
