That means after all the tasks are signaled, even later some tasks are not completed/closed
properly, we can say it is done rather than treat it as failure in case there is error during
closing. 
If this is the case, we might need to introduce another task state. 
We can leverage task dispose in IMRU Driver/tasks for FT which has been set up to do the closing/dispose
with a different message.
