Julia commented on REEF-1407:
-----------------------------

ICompeltedTask is at the last step, all tasks will send it after successful completion anyway.
I am talking about the notification message from tasks to driver to wait for all the tasks
to complete. If master is done meaning all tasks can be returned, why only let master to send
message to the driver and mappers can wait until receiving a close event from driver?

> Currently when a task fails, other tasks in the group are stuck in reading data by a
blocking call. We should be able to try and throw an exception and propagate the exception
to Task so that the task can handle it in a proper way.
