Hi Dhruv,

This is the work we discussed when we reviewed REEF-1224 #952 for Separate Data downloading
from Task, where we don't really download the data and agreed to follow up. 

Last Friday when you were in Redmond, I have verbally talked to you f2f about the follow up
work after REEF-1357 is done, and emphasized it is mainly to test it on cluster after making
a Cache() call. You have kindly agreed on it :). That is the reason I filed this Jira today
to track the work we talked and I pinged you right way after it. 

Anyway, I have left it unsigned...
