xUnit console runner has some options to output results to html file. Let me experiment with
this a bit to see how much information it produces.

Also, with this we'll need to modify {{TestRunner.proj}} to remove {{StopOnFirstFailure="true"}},
so that we can run Wake.Tests even if something in O.A.R.Tests failed.
