We also need to consider running tests in AppVeyor (also done from command line), in which
we don't have direct access to any files created on the machine after the run, we only get
msbuild output + per-test verdicts.

output is rendered into the command line window they were started from. This makes it very
tricky to find a failed test's logs when there is considerable output after the failure. Also,
the logs are word wrapped according to the window size at the time, which makes copy &
paste awkward.
