This seems very useful indeed. However, it is used to specify the Driver exe in `o.a.r.bridge.client.LocalSubmissionFromCS#getRuntimeConfiguration` to specify the .exe file for the Driver. In no other place is it bound in the REEF codebase. Is this a bug in `LocalSubmissionFromCS`? or a bug in all other runtimes that don't bind it? Markus
