    Could we have some comments regarding the order of `rules`, i.e., why put `PushDownLowCostDisjunctivePredicate`
    If I understand correctly, `PushDownLowCostDisjunctivePredicate` may generate new `Physical
Select`s. Would the rest of `rules` eliminate multiple `Physical Select`s into one?
