    Fix a bug in FastSeparateChainingHashTable::destroy payload

    - Change in pointer arithmetic now ensures that destroyPayload will be
      called for correct payload entry in each bucket.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/apache/incubator-quickstep destroypayload-bugfix
