    QUICKSTEP_25 PRIORITY clause in SQL statements

    - SQL statements (right now only SELECT statements) support "WITH PRIORITY N" clause.
    - The priority value N should be a non-zero positive integer, with default as 1.
    - The priority value is a part of the QueryHandle class.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/apache/incubator-quickstep parser-priority-clause

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-quickstep/pull/38.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
